Spa Etiquette

Quiet & Respectful Environment:
Ruhe Aesthetics is committed to providing a peaceful, friendly, and professional setting. Please maintain a quiet level of conversation throughout the spa to respect staff and other guests.

Respect & Professionalism:
All Ruhe Aesthetics staff are experienced professionals dedicated to delivering the highest level of care. We ask that you treat our team with the same respect they extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that could be viewed as harassing or intimidating. 

Behavior Expectations:
Failure to adhere to our spa etiquette may result in the inability to continue services or being asked to leave the premises. Our goal is to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone. 

Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. 

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a $50 fee. 

  • Repeated Cancellations & No-Shows: 

    • Repeated late cancellations or failure to show for scheduled appointments will necessitate a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.

  • Reminder Notices: We attempt to remind clients of upcoming appointments via text message or phone call three to four days in advance. Please ensure your contact information is current.

  • Grace Period: Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment. Arrivals later than this may result in cancellation and a $100 fee or rescheduling at the discretion of our staff.

Service & Touch-Up Policies

  • Neurotoxin Touch-Ups: 

    • Touch-ups are complimentary when performed within 3 weeks of the initial treatment. 

    • To qualify, you must meet with us in person for assessment. 

    • Touch-ups are limited to 10 units; additional units will incur charges. 

    • Touch-ups between 4-6 weeks after treatment are available but not complimentary; pricing may vary.

  • Other Treatments: 

    • All treatments are final; no refunds will be issued on services or products purchased.

Client Conduct & Safety Policies

  • Children & Guests: 

    • Children are not allowed in treatment rooms. 

    • Only one guest is permitted in the treatment room at a time; others should wait in designated areas.

  • Service Animals: 

    • Only certified service dogs are permitted on the premises. Please notify us in advance if you will be bringing a service dog.

  • Health & Medical Disclosure: 

    • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. Certain treatments may be contraindicated based on your health status.

  • Pre-Treatment Instructions: 

    • Follow all provided pre- and post-treatment care instructions to ensure safety and optimal results.

Payment & Privacy Policies

  • Payment: 

    • Full payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. 

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Photography & Marketing: 

    • By receiving treatment, you consent to the use of photos for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

 

Pricing & Promotions

  • We are committed to continuously expanding our services to bring you the latest and most advanced treatments. 

  • While we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu current, prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. 

  • Special offers and discounts cannot be combined. 

  • When multiple discounts are available, we will automatically apply the one of greater value at the time of purchase.

 

Refund Policy

  • All sales and services are final. 

  • We do not offer refunds on treatments, products. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us directly to discuss options. 

  • Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as an adverse reaction directly linked to our treatment, please contact us promptly to discuss possible resolutions.

Additional Policies

  • Age Restrictions: 

    • Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive most treatments, with exceptions based on specific procedures and parental consent.

  • Consultations: 

    • A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments to assess suitability and expected outcomes.

  • Safety & Hygiene: 

    • Please adhere to all safety protocols and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
