The Ruhe Hormone + Wellness Membership was created for patients who want a more personalized, provider-guided approach to hormone health.

Every patient begins with a consultation, symptom review, health history, and lab review when appropriate. From there, our provider will discuss treatment options based on the patient’s individual needs, goals, lab results, symptoms, medical history, and treatment eligibility.

This program is not one-size-fits-all. Hormone therapy is only prescribed when medically appropriate.

Hormone Consultation

$199 one-time consultation fee

The consultation includes a health history review, symptom discussion, provider evaluation, and lab review when appropriate.

The consultation fee may be applied toward a hormone membership if the patient starts within 14 days.

Ruhe Hormone Care

$149/month

Provider care only.

Medications and labs billed separately.

Best for patients who want provider-guided hormone care, lab review, ongoing support, and access to prescribed medications when appropriate.

Best for patients who want a simplified monthly price that includes provider care and one standard hormone medication.

    Eligible standard medications may include, when prescribed:

    Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate.

    Additional medications may be added for an additional monthly cost.

Ruhe Hormone Complete

Starting at $349/month

Includes provider care + customized medication bundle.

Best for patients who may require more than one prescribed hormone medication as part of their treatment plan.

  • Women’s HRT Bundle Examples:

    • Estradiol or Bi-Est + progesterone

    Men’s HRT Bundle Examples:

    • Testosterone therapy + provider management

    • Testosterone therapy + anastrozole when appropriate

    • Testosterone therapy + DHEA or supportive medication when appropriate

    Medication bundles vary based on provider evaluation, lab results, symptoms, medical history, and treatment eligibility.

    Complex HRT plans may start at $399+/month depending on the prescribed medication plan.

  • Additional medications may be added starting at $35–$95/month, depending on prescription, dose, pharmacy pricing, and formulation.

  • Labs are billed separately unless included in a specific package or promotion.

    Labs may be required before treatment begins and periodically throughout treatment.
